Refund and Returns Policy

At ShineAura, we take great pride in providing high-quality luxury watches to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your watch, we offer the following Refund and Returns Policy:

1. Returns

We accept returns on all watches purchased from ShineAura within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The watch must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned watch and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note, if your return is rejected, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.

3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your watch, you may return the original item and place a new order for a different item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective watch, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the defective item for a replacement or full refund.

5. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@shineaura.site or call us at (314) 830-3823. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Final Sale Items

Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or refunded.
